Jon Ritchie already bleeding all over the 94 WIP Tastykake Studios

Just another day at the office for Ritchie.

Philadelphia, PA – Just an hour into his new midday show, former Eagles fullback Jon Ritchie is already bleeding profusely from his forehead and it doesn’t seem as if it will stop anytime soon.

Ritchie and Joe DeCamara are the newest midday hosts for 94 WIP Sports Radio, taking over for former midday show Mike and Ike, featuring Michael Barkann and Ike Reese, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reese will host an afternoon drive show in the near future and Barkann was let go from the station.

Around 10:56 a.m., an audible dripping noise could be heard on the audio of the show while the co-hosts were discussing the Eagles victory over the Vikings

Ritchie, a fullback with the Eagles from 2003 to 2004, was known for his excessive forehead bleeding during each game he played.

Who will make our Eagles picks this weekend?

It’s all going wrong.

FREEFALL. That’s the only word to describe our guest pickers performance these past few weeks. We’re getting killed, KILLED in these stupid predictions after just completely flying out of the gates. Three straight incorrect win/loss predictions and two straight against the spread.

Frankly, I’m embarrassed that we’ve chosen these pickers to come on our website, give you, the reader, some important gambling predictions, only to have them completely blow it and make a mockery of everything we hold dear.

But do you feel it? I feel it. A change in the air. Let’s turn this sinking ship around with the Eagles (+1.5) vs. The Vikings in Philadelphia this weekend. It’s the return of Sammy Sleeves, which can only mean one thing….

The man, the myth, the legend, Pete Gas.

Pete Gasparino aka Pete Gas of the Mean Street Posse and friend of the Coggin Toboggan has a BOOK FOR SALE on Amazon about his life, his experiences wrestling for the WWE during the Attitude Era, and his career defining interview with The Coggin Toboggan earlier this year (probably).

Even though he dodged our hard hitting question about his favorite Val Venis film, Pete was a cool guy and one of the more open people we’ve interviewed on this site. Gas was definitely a better interview than those TIGHT LIPPED comedians we have on every now and again. Vikings Coach Mike Zimmer: We’re expecting Bradford to give us inside info on Philadelphia

Mike Zimmer is looking for an edge in Philadelphia.

Minneapolis, Minnesota – Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer said he would not hesitate to go to Sam Bradford for extra information as the Vikings travel to Philadelphia for a week 7 matchup.

Bradford of course spent last season with the Eagles before being traded to Minnesota prior to the start of the 2016-2017 season.

“Why wouldn’t we ask Sam about Philly? He spent an entire year there, he knows the ins and outs of Philadelphia…he knows all the best hot spots to hit up in Old City, the best sandwich places, and he totally told us about this one place on South Street that will sell you dime bags if you tell the guy a secret code word by the poster section…that’s inside information you can’t get from watching tape,” Zimmer said.

Classic overreaction on its way…

tumblr_mou8y9bxwc1sqwnloo1_500 Well that’s it. It was fun while it lasted. Carson Wentz is officially a bust and the Eagles are a bunch of frauds. Sure they’re 3-2, but they’ll probably lose out for the rest of the season and finish 3-13. WE’RE BACK TO THE DARK DAYS, PEOPLE. Get down on your knees and pray to the God of your choice, because nothing is going to help us now.

I’m not in Philadelphia, but I’m sure Angelo Cataldi has already had multiple on air heart attacks and a debilitating stroke about the Eagles loss. Did he try and blame Malcolm Jenkins for DARING to raise his hand during the National Anthem a few weeks ago? I’m sure he did.

It’s all over people. It was a good few weeks wasn’t it? We were all feeling great about the Eagles, feeling our oats, crowing about our franchise QB….now we lose to a team with a racist name who didn’t even have their best player on offense.

Who will make our Eagles picks this week?

The answer? Nobody special. I’m currently in Chicago (BOOOOOOOOO) for work and didn’t have time to line up a guest picker. SUCKS TO BE ME.

Right now whoever is running this conference is blasting songs that all have Chicago in the title, but has not played anything by Chicago yet. Oh sweet irony, you are a fickle mistress.

Eagles (-2) will look to get back on the winning track against the Washington Redskins. We are not a classy site, so yeah, we’ll say Redskins.

Angelo Cataldi to decrease pork consumption to just 10 portions a week while Colin Kaepernick starts

060512-Angelo-Cataldi-400 Angelo Cataldi is taking a stand against San Francisco 49ers Head Coach Chip Kelly’s decision to bench quarterback Blaine Gabbert in favor of Colin Kaepernick, who has drawn national attention to his National Anthem protests this season.

The boisterous 94 WIP Morning Host said he would also take a stand and protest Kaepernick’s presence on the football field.

Greg Hardy transitioning to MMA, hopes to debut against Ronda Rousey

Dallas, Texas – Former Cowboys lineman Greg Hardy, 28, who has not played in the NFL after a high-profile domestic abuse incident in 2014, recently announced he would put his NFL career on hold to transition to a new career within mixed martial arts.

Hardy, who does not have a mixed martial arts background, has already pointed out a perfect opponent for him to make his MMA debut.

“She’s been running her mouth for far too long about what a great fighter she is. I couldn’t think of anyone that I would rather fight, to tell you the truth,” Hardy said. “I need to make some money for cocaine when I’m not playing in the NFL. Did I say cocaine? I meant bail money. Yes….that’s a moderately better response.”

Nigel Bradham detained at Detroit Metropolitan Airport for machete, clown suit in luggage

Nigel has some explaining to do.

Detroit, Michigan – Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham may be looking at a hefty suspension from the franchise or the NFL, as the young athlete was again detained at an airport for having a weapon in his carry on luggage.

Bradham was stopped by security at the screening line when TSA employees found a machete, a clown suit and grease paint in the carry-on bag he had placed on the metal detector conveyor belt.
